Pieces are produced individually after your order is confirmed. Creation timing depends on the piece, the chosen size and the stones selected for it. Your client advisor confirms the expected schedule with you in writing before any commitment is made. Timings given in conversation are estimates unless they are expressly agreed as binding.

Finished pieces are dispatched fully insured. Destination, carrier, signature requirements and delivery timing are confirmed personally by a client advisor as part of your order confirmation. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes only when the piece is handed to you or to a person you have named.

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. It is excluded only where the legal requirements of § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB actually apply — that is, for pieces made to your individual selection or specification, or clearly tailored to your personal needs. Being made to order does not by itself remove your statutory rights; whether an exclusion applies is stated clearly before the contract is concluded.
