The panther, distilled
Drawn in light.
In FELIS the panther is not an emblem applied to a piece. It is the architecture of the piece: the spine gives the articulation, the shoulder gives the volume, the head gives the closure.
Everything decorative has been removed until only that structure remains — a body reduced to line, pavé following the muscle rather than covering it, and two natural emeralds where the attention already goes.
Worn, it reads first as geometry. Held, it reads as an animal. That double reading is the whole intention of the collection.
